The room was large, comfortable and clean.

The reception staff were frosty and unwelcoming. I was shown tired rooms with old fixtures and misleading descriptions. I faced significant issues with noisy, malfunctioning showers that disrupted my sleep.

Staying here was such a jol! Had the best brekkie every morning, flipping delicious. Staff were so friendly, always had a smile for ya. Pools were keeps clean and lovely, perfect for chilling out after a day of adventuring!

Only thing, the cleaners got busy early, so if you like sleeping in, it might be a bit noisy.

the deluxe room was spacious with a big bed that made me sleep like a baby. enjoyed the clean swimming pool and the breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. the staff was accommodating when we had an issue with the shower, quickly sorting it out and exceeding my expectations compared to my last stay in pattaya.

The night shift staff seemed to lack the knowledge to assist effectively, and the reception was quite unwelcoming during check-in, which left a bad first impression.

stayed at golden sea for 15 nights and loved it! it's one of the cleaner hotels around, close to the beach. our superior double room was spacious and well-kept. enjoyed the relaxing outdoor pool and the fitness center too. breakfast was healthy and delicious, setting a nice tone for the day.
